Today’s show really opened my eyes! We talked to Eugene Loj, and internet marketing expert and internet consultant, and he talked to us about how you can get cacked by just being online. Like your boss can find out what you did this weekend, when you put pix up, or how zabasearch.com can list EVERYTHING about you, background check and everything…YIKES! traffic records, convictions, relatives addresses, how much your house is worth, your neighbors, etc…
This freaks me out! And on Zabasearch, you can have them remove the info FOR A FEE! THAT’S EXTORTION!
He’s got a free report on what to do and how you can get google alerts, where they let you know when someone’s put your name up on the internet.

OK, I did the whole zabasearch on myself and of course my name popped up with my birthday and everything. Here’s the strange part - for the address they listed not my own address but my father’s home address (my parents are divorced). I have NEVER lived there, never even been associated with that place. So why would they list me there? That really creeped me out! Also, it freaked me out that for $50 anyone could get all my personal info on intellius.com! I dont know, the internet is getting cookier and cookier every day…Great show by the way - I listen to you guys every morning on my way out to Brockport!

I did the zabasearch, and had my address right, but my age was off by about 20 years …. quite interesting really, and related people I’ve never heard of? Makes me wonder where they get the information really.

I just put my name into Zabasearch - AHH!! There are 5 of me listed at different addresses dating back to my childhood - one is my parents and I never lived there. They want to charge me $20 a piece to take them off of the site. The Intellius site listed my mom, dad and brother too! This should all be illegal… Thanks for the eye opener…

Wow, that is REALLY creepy. Great, now everyone knows how old I really am! Wow, mine goes so far as to tell what birth year and month, previous addresses and phone numbers! My brother isn’t listed as a relative, however my aunt is! Not my mom or my dad, but my aunt! LOL
They also have hubby and all his info. Wow, luckily I don’t have a criminal history, not even a speeding ticket to my name. What a way for some crazed creepy ex stalker to hunt someone down… not like I’d have one in my past…and did you see that you can zoom in on satellite to the addresses! Yea…k…soooo not cool! Though I must say it is tempting to pay the almost $50 to see what dirt they do supposively have on me, or how accurate it is. Also I wanted to add that you guys & gals rock! I LOVE the morning show! It makes my morning commute into work a lot easier
