Ok, I’m now hooked on Oprah’s Book of the month: “A New Earth: Awakening To Your Life’s Purpose”.

I’ve been seeing all about it on Oprah for the last couple of weeks, then it hit me. I need to do this.

You see, even tho’ you know me as some dumb-ass morning show host, I actually am quite spiritual. I read a lot of Deepak Chopra and try to meditate every day. Wanna check it out, go to www.oprah.com.

 Try this trick: Say to yourself, “Am I Breathing right now?” and take ten seconds to concentrate on your breathing. Did you notice that all your thoughts went away for just a second? You can do this throughout the day. It gives you a real blissful feeling when you just stay in the moment.

I probably shouldn’t be talking about this, but i have to get it out…Cause I think it’s happened to everyone. I got dumped. I’m sad, becauseI really liked her, but it wasn’t quite the same on her end. I understand. I really do….

  She told me via e-mail. I also understand. You see some of you might think that’s  a crappy way to find out. Well, it is…BUT she said that she felt so bad about telling me, that it was the best way of doing it. I try to put myself in that situation and I guess it makes sense. Well…..I’m sad, and I wish her well. I do. I hope she sees this. It was a great couple months. I have your DVD “Just Friends”. We never got to watch it. How Ironic…

Been dumped by email, text, voicemail? did it make it harder or easier?

Did you ever notice how dumb some people are? Drivers who pass you on the right? the phrase;”turned-up missing” ?! WTF? How about the term; “Hot Water Heater” shouldn’t it be “Cold Water Heater”? These things bug me.

 Did you ever notice that just when everything in your life is going great, SOMETHING screws it up? Does anybody ever have an extended period of “good times” or is it just me?

Did you ever notice how many people carry around water bottles? What ever happened to the fashionable fanny-pack?

I finally got my day straight….all my ducks in a row, work finished, lunch, then BAM! My A.D.D. kicked in! I had an appointment in the afternoon, THEN  to go make a bowl with the art class at Monroe School, my appointment ran over, and I missed the kids! Apologies to Ms. Hollister and the art students!

My brain works in strange ways, my schedule even stranger! Plus, I had to miss a yearly jaunt to Camp Read-A- Lot in Spencerport! ( ARRRRGGH!)

Did you ever get spread so thin that you just lose it? that’s me. Today.

Another thing…my boy Kasper from 98 PXY and another friend, Dave, got the snot kicked out of themselves Saturday night. Broken bones and all. What’s up with all the violence? 10 guys against 3? Give me a break and put the egos away! Drunk egos that waited for the prey? Go to jail!

Tomorrow, we’ll be askin anybody to get us video. SOMEBODY must have taken video. there were too many people there to not have that happen. Did you ever capture anything crazy on your cell phone? let me know.
