So I have to say, that all of the photos of these women are beautiful, but if you don’t have the confidence in your self and the self esteem, all of those women still probably feel like they are looking at their self as the first picture or the before and not the after. The true key to beauty is confidence.

Honestly if you aren’t confident in what you look like, you will always see your self as the before and not the after. Self esteem is the key to true beauty.

I just wanna say something about beauty…I can see getting plastic surgery for things that effect your confidence, like teeth or a nose job or whatever. Myself…I have flaws just like everyone else but I know I am beautiful inside and out.I am not against improvement but I know it’s about how you feel about yourself and not what you think others will think of ya. I hate that it’s promoted out there like a car on tv…it’s like saying..yeh u may look good but u will look so much better if you do this…it’s not what I will teach my girls, be happy with yourself first b4 u go and change. Then, if that is something that will make u feel good and u are not just doing it to get ppl to like you better, then do it. Just an opinion…lol
